How many hours of coverage do we need?

Totally depends on your vibe. Most couples book a full day so we can cover getting ready through to the dance floor chaos. If you’re keeping it short + sweet, 6 hours can work too.

How many photos will we get?

Accepted Answer

Usually 60–100 photos per hour of coverage. All edited, no watermarks, ready to share.

Question 4

Do you travel?

Accepted Answer

100%. We shoot anywhere in Aus (and overseas if you want to take us). Travel fees are just flights + accom if needed.

Travel to regional and rural areas will incur a travel fee.

Question 5

When do we get everything back?

Photos and films are usually ready in 6–8 weeks, but we drop you a teaser (if added) or sneak peek within the first week so you’ve got something to post.

How long is the highlight film?

Accepted Answer

Our highlight films usually run between 3 – 12 minutes, depending on how many hours of coverage you book — long enough to capture all the feels without dragging on. You can also add on extended edits of the ceremony and speeches so nothing important gets missed.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Easy. Lock in your date with a 50% booking fee, then the rest isn’t due until closer to your wedding. We can also set up a "Pay in 4" plan if that’s easier.

Question 8

Who’s actually shooting our wedding?

You’ll be paired with one or two of our lead shooters from our small, hand-picked team spread across Australia and New Zealand. We’re real people who’ve shot countless weddings together and not random freelancers off Facebook Market. You’ll always know who’s coming ahead of time, so no surprises.

Can we add extra hours on the day?

Yep. If the party’s going off and you want us to stay, we can add time on the spot. It’s just an hourly rate, no drama.

What happens if it rains?

We roll with it — rain shots can look insane. Plus we always have backup plans and locations in mind.
